Patty A. Superintendent

Hailing from Columbia MO, Patty has been in and around the building industry for as long as she can remember. From growing up with builders in her family, to being a Realtor herself for over 15 years, and managing an apartment complex and hotel,  this experience all comes into play now in her role as a superintendent for Girard Homes.

She helps build our homes, scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors through each phase of construction to make sure new homes are built within a specified time frame and according to the plans and choices the homeowner has made. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the house come up out of the ground and seeing how the house changes through each phase.   

She is married and has one adult child that has blessed her with her first grandchild.  She enjoys anything she can do outside, from listening to a concert to enjoying a dinner or drinks with friends on an outdoor patio to watching her growing family of hummingbirds in her backyard.
