We offer our very own in-house design team to make your home building process convenient and efficient. Gone are the days of driving all around town to find your tile, carpet, paint, and decor! Our Interior design experts will work with you individually, offering you the latest in interior design.

We specialize in building semi-custom homes in Columbia, Missouri, and all of the surrounding mid-Missouri areas. Every home we build is designed with the customer in mind. From the placement of each light switch to the direction that each door swings we carefully consider the aspects of every day living to provide our customers with the best-designed home for improving their lifestyle.

  • How many meetings will there be?

    • 3 with our professional interior designer, Becky.

  • What should I be doing before my first appointment?

    • Gather any inspiration photos that you want to bring with you to help guide your design appointments.

  • What will happen at my first appointment?

    • Review you inspiration photos for your dream home.

    • Review cabinet drawings and request any desired changes.

    • Discuss your home’s exterior design and make exterior selections.

    • Discuss main living area design, including the kitchen and great room, and make design selections for them.

  • What will happen at the second appointment?

    • Discuss bathroom designs and make selections.

    • Discuss laundry/utility design and other remaining finish selections.

    • For basement homes, make wet bar and basement entertaining area selections.

  • What will happen at the third appointment?

    • Go to DKB and Bright city lights to make selections for lighting, appliances, and plumbing.

    • Any final selections or changes.
