After this step, we would sit down and talk with you about what you are looking for in a home and help you design a floor plan that works best for your lifestyle.
Q: How long does it take to build a Custom or Semi-Custom home?
A: Construction time varies for each home dependent on several different factors. For an accurate estimate, we recommend that you speak with one of our new home sales representatives who will be able to give you a more accurate estimate based on what you are interested in building. A: Yes! We will gladly work with you to help design a custom floor plan that perfectly fits your needs in a new home. Our process is easy!
